An easy and cheesy Mexican lunch or dinner dish!
- A handful of mushrooms (chopped)
- 1 bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tortilla breads
- 1/2 chicken breast (optional)
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt & pepper
- Wingreens Farms Cheesy Chipotle Sauce
Heat oil in a pan, add chicken breast (optional), chopped vegetables, salt and pepper and sauté for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix Wingreens Farms Cheesy Chipotle Sauce and the chicken/vegetable
mixture and spread onto the tortilla breads. Fold and seal the edges. Toast tortillas in a pan with a little oil till golden brown and serve hot!a
