A quick and easy recipe you can whip-up for any meal!
- 1 pita bread
- 2 beetroots (boiled)
- 1.5 cups chickpeas (boiled)
- 1 tbsp coriander
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 5 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Wingreens Farms Dill Tzatziki
Pulse the beets and chickpeas together with the coriander till they start breaking down.
Add onion, garlic and condiments to the beets and chickpeas, pulse again.
Add half of the oat flour till combined.
Add remaining oat flour and form the falafels.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry till golden brown on both sides.
- Take the pita bread and cut in half, spread Wingreens Farms Dill Tzatziki inside each half.
- Add beet falafels.
